Chrysler
Many of my first designs were inspired by simple architectural motifs, so this new interpretation of the Chrysler Building continues along that thread of simple, illustrative forms and clean lines. This shawl explores slipped stitches as you knit the textured stripes. The graphic columns lead to a wavy border decorated with slip stitch triangles, inspired by those on the top of the Chrysler Building. Choose a plump fingering weight yarn like Undercover Otter Squirm Sock to knit this large shawl.
