LOW SEW PATTERN (everything is crocheted together except the egg shell on top of the head. The beak is made with a couple of stitches)

Make your very own little chubby chicks with or without the egg shell.

YOU’LL NEED:

• Crochet hook: 2.5 mm
• Yarn: I’ve used 8/4 cotton ply fingering weight (170 m / 50 g) (5 g for the chicks and 6 g white for the egg)
• Yarn needle
• Stuffing
• Stitch marker
• 6 mm safety eyes

STITCHES USED:

Mr - magic ring
Sc - single crochet
Ch - chain
Slst - slip stitch
Dc - double crochet
Hdc - half double crochet
Inc - increase
Dec - decrease

SIZE:

The chicks will be 5.5 cm / 2 in if you use same yarn and hook size as me. You can use other sizes and/or yarn if you want a bigger or smaller result.
