This basket pattern can be made with or without handles. It is totally customizable for diameter and height, but you will need to adjust yarn quantities.

To increase the bottom diameter, work more increase rows as in pattern, before the work even in the front loop row.

To decrease the bottom diameter, work fewer rows as in the pattern, before the work even in the front loop row.
