KNITTING PATTERN for Chunky Cable Sweater. Knit on straight knitting needles.

Basic knowledge of knitting is necessary (basic knitting stitches, cables, increasing, decreasing).

Sizes:
S (M, L) Oversized.

Measurements:
• Finished chest circumference: 44 (47, 50 ½)” 112, (120, 128) cm;
• Finished length from shoulder to underarm: 12 ½ (12 ½, 13)” 32, (32, 33) cm;
• Sweater length: 24 ½ (24 ½, 25)” 62, (62, 63) cm;
• Finished length from sleeve cuff to underarm: 16 (16 ½, 17)” 41, (42, 43) cm.

Required yarn:
• DROPS Big Merino /100% Wool / 10 ply / Weight: aran / Yardage 82 yards (75 m) / 1.76 ounces (50 grams).
• You need 800 (900, 1000) g.
Also you can use any yarn of the same length in 50 g. (If you choose another yarn, then its thickness and texture should match the specified one.)

Tools:
• Straight Knitting Needles US 6 (4 mm) and US 8 (5 mm);
• Stitch marker;
• Tapestry needle for sewing.
