#chunkyibopillow is knitted on a 80-100 cm circular needle size 5 mm (US 8, UK 6). You begin by forming the body before picking up sts for the ears, arms, and legs. The ears, arms and legs are knitted using the Magic Loop technique.

The gauge varies based on which yarn you decide to knit with. The original yarn used for the pattern is Double Sunday from Sandnes Garn (Light worsted), or Kos from Sandnes Garn. You can easily choose other yarn qualities. Be aware that if you choose yarn with another gauge, the gauge may vary in length. Also, be aware that the amount of yarn needed for the pattern can vary according to which yarn quality you knit with. Choose from yarn you have at home!
