Knitting Pattern for a short, fitted and sleeveless crop top with a round neck, a decorative knot and (applied) i-Cord-edgings in sizes XS | S | M (L | XL | 2XL) 3XL | 4XL | 5XL.

Structure:
The summer top is knitted top down in stockinette stitch. First of all, the back part is worked back and forth in rows and the armholes are shaped with increases. For the front part, you pick up stitches for both shoulder parts along the back part and start to shape the round neck with increases. After connecting both front parts, the armholes of the front part are shaped the same way as the back part has been shaped before. As soon as you have reached the total number of stitches for the front part, the top is closed to the round and finished in one piece. Before you are going to cast off the body stitches with an i-Cord-edging, the top is worked in stockinette stitch back and forth in rows to shape a little hole for the decorative knot. Then, the ties for the knot are shaped with increases and decreases. Afterwards, the ties, the body, the armholes and the round neck are finished off with an (applied) i-Cord-edging. The top is fitted around the bust with a neutral to negative ease of up to 10 cm. The length is cropped which makes the top the perfect companion for high waisted skirts and trousers spreading summer vibes all over!
