Taking a new approach by making a shawl arm to arm rather than top down, Circadia uses intarsia and short row wedges in alternating colors, with occasional increases and decreases, creating a sundial-like effect. Along with being peppered with yarn overs, the piece utilizes a curved neckline and a one color, built-in I-cord edge and bind off for a consistent finish.

PATTERN NOTES: Try keeping a loose tension along the I-cord border to prevent tight edges on the shawl, particularly around Wedge 1 repeats.
