The Circlet Cardigan is cute swing-style cardigan with an intriguing yoke adorned with a cabled knotwork motif. The body of the cardigan is knit flat with a simple Staghorn patterning, while subtle decreases up through the armscyes creates the flattering a-line shaping. Like the sleeves, the body begins with a narrow turned hem and is joined with the sleeves for a short section before the yoke begins.

The yoke is knit sideways with cleverly constructed short rows, and then sewn onto the cardigan body, while a crew neck with a folded hem finishes off this charming cardigan. You will need US 6 (4mm) straight or 32-60” circular needles or size to obtain gauge, needles one size smaller than those used to obtain gauge, yarn needle, stitch markers, scrap yarn or stitch holders, and a cable needle.
