Good things come in threes! These cloths are all based on garter stitch, but each one achieves its circular shape in a different way. The Spiral Dishcloth is a variation on a classic pattern, that is knit from the center out. The yarnover increases spiralling out from the center, and the all-over garter stitch create a cloth that is attractive on both sides. The Pi Dishcloth is inspired by Elizabeth Zimmermann’s Pi Shawl, which uses concentric circles that double the number of stitches, rather than continuous increases. The Shorty Dishcloth starts with a two-way cast-on that is very easy to do (instructions and pictures are provided). It then uses short rows to create wedges that eventually meet back where you started!
