These socks were designed for the clown lovers. They feature a juggling clown, candy, circus tent, and ticket colorwork motifs. This is a great project for scrap sock yarn!

Top-down all-over colorwork socks with a heel flap & gusset.

Yarn:
Fingering weight sock yarn. Wool nylon blend.
NOTE 0: If only using 1 CC you will need red scrap yarn for clown noses if not using red as a CC
MC: 40-70g, 175-310yrds, 160-280m
CC(total): 30-60g, 130-265yrds, 120-240m
5CC’s: 7.5-10g, 35-65yrds, 30-60m (each CC)

-32 sts by 35 rows per 4” / 10cm

Needles & Notions:
-US 00/0 (1.75mm/2mm) needles for ribbing, and US 0/1 (2mm/2.25mm) needles for colorwork. I use 30” / 75cm cables and magic loop socks TAAT. Make socks on the needles and method that you like best. DPNS, magic loop, small circulars, etc.
-Darning needle for weaving ends.
