Cirrus’ most prominent design feature are the eye-catching but easy to work giant mosaic shapes. Depending on the surroundings, these shapes can be thought of as flowers, delicate sea creatures or windmills. But there is more; cute dots, garter stitch stripes and a lovely, wearable shape.
And yes, it seems like a lot, but the well thought out details and the meticulously balanced proportions prevent it from being over-the top in any way. Although Cirrus will turn heads where ever you go, she is also remarkably easy to wear and effortlessly elegant.

CONSTRUCTION
Cirrus is a sideways constructed triangle. You will start with a few stitches, and work increases to shape the shawl. The upper edge of the shawl is further shaped by working German short rows. After the body of the shawl is completed, you will pick up stitches on the left lower edge of your shawl to work the border around both the lower edges.
