The Claddagh Sweater is a crewneck, drop-sleeve sweater with a boxy fit and a Claddagh motif across the front. The Claddagh design is knit flat, until the sweater is joined at the underarms, then the motif is continued in the round. The pattern provides directions for creating an optional contrast edge. The pattern comes in 10 sizes. Each size has its own colorwork chart.
