This is a snug fitting hat that covers your ears and when done in wools is very warm. I’m sure for those of you allergic to wool could use acrylics.

I was inspired to make this hat to go with Elaise’s Mitts found here on Ravelry as well.

My son, who is ten keeps trying to steal my hat. He loves the fit of it so well! It is adult sized, but obviously fits children.

I used size five straight needles and a size 6 - 16” circular needle. Also a Darning needle is needed for finishing.

This pattern, as of now, has not been test knitted.
