Notes:
This sweater is worked in the round from the top down. It begins with the eyelet neckband which then is divided into the sleeves and body. The yoke is shaped by increasing stitches at an even rate for the body only; the sleeve stitches remain constant. Once the sleeves and body are divided at the underarm, the body is shaped with symmetrical increases at center front and back. The entire body is worked in stockinette except for the decorative lace hem. If you alter the body shaping, please note that the lace pattern requires a multiple of 18 stitches. The short sleeves are worked in stockinette and trimmed in an eyelet pattern to match the neckband. The length is easily adjusted. If you adjust the sleeve stitch count, make sure you end with a multiple of 4 stitches to work the border.
