Crochet Beanie Hat - mainly for Aran weight/Worsted yarns - but will also work with thicker DK yarn. Ensure you work a tension square.

’The only crochet beanie pattern you will ever need’.

Tight fitting beanie hat with a picot edge round the brim. Features a cross over treble stitch. Simple pattern but looks very effective.

Two sizes in the pattern - and instructions where to lengthen it - but remember crochet gauge can be difficult and you may need to experiment with different size hooks for your chosen yarn (some yarns have more stretch so the size of hats will vary).

You can stitch on the flower or you can put a brooch pin on the flower so it can be attached separately.

Choice of yarn will determine how soft/textured/bold the final effect is.
