NB (newborn) – Fits head size 13-16”/33-40cm
Typically fits a newborn-3 month old baby
S (small) – Fits head size 16-19”/40-48cm
Typically fits a 3-12 month old baby
M (medium) – Fits head size 19-22”/48-55cm
Typically fits a 1-8 year old child
L (large) – Fits head size 22-25”/55-63cm
Typically fits an 8 year old child – adult

Recommended to fit with 0-2”/0-5cm negative ease.
