Long time ago, I saw a bag in leather, with attachments on the side, which looked like a pipe. I liked the look of this bag very much as the attachments on the side gave it an unusual look. The bag was completely open, what I found very useful as it is easy to put something inside or to take out.
It is perfect for a small camera which you want to carry with you all the time.

You will need a few meters of pure wool in fingering weight (no superwash as you want to felt it).
2 removable markers could be useful,
1 nice button to close your bag and
a darning needle to weave in the few ends before felting.

You can knit an I-cord for the straps, I have done the straps with the crochet hook.
There are several pictures explaining how to pick up stitches and to knit the attachments.
