This reversible neck warmer is a wonderful introduction to two-color brioche knitting in the round and is a little easier than knitting brioche flat. It uses the wavy buds brioche pattern and is outlined by i-cord edging. Choose two contrasting colors or shades that include a light and dark color. The brioche stitch is stretchy, and this neck warmer will fit over most heads and necks. For a looser or tighter fit, you can increase the dimensions by increments of 6 stitches.

You’ll need a US 6, 16-inch circular needle and you may find a crochet hook helpful as well as a larger needle for the i-cord work. This cushiony soft neck warmer will be long enough to cover your nose and ears, but will also compress down under the chin. It will keep you cozy and warm whether you are out skiing, shoveling snow or simply enjoying a walk on a cold winter day.
