This is a pattern for a lace knit scarf using dk weight yarn. The turtleneck section guarantees that you’ll be warm without the bulk of a heavier weight yarn. The lacy panels will show off your knitting prowess. It is a fairly easy lace to do, if you’ve been wanting to try your hand at lace knitting. The pattern is both written out line by line, and charted. (The pattern also includes instructions for an optional crocheted edging.)

Skill Level: Beginner + - Intermediate (assuming a working knowledge of lace knitting).

The yarn used in the sample is Honor, by Lorna’s Laces, in colorway, Brick.
