This is another versatile pattern of mine - that you can make with any yarn and corresponding hook size. As you can see from my photos, the different yarns and hooks, yield different sized monkeys… allowing me to make a baby monkey clinging to the mummy monkey’s back!

This was such a fun monkey pattern to create and I love the result.

It would be EXTRA fun, if you add some velcro or snap fasteners to the monkey’s hand and feet so it secures the arms and legs whatever position you put your amigurumi monkey in! But it isn’t necessary.

I focussed on simple crochet stitches (mostly single crochet and half double crochet) so hopefully even beginner crocheters will enjoy this pattern!!!
