These love birds are so nice to look at that you can use the motif for various projects, depending on the yarn you use.

For example, using a soft baby yarn the cloth can be a comforter right from birth – when the child gets older, it can still be used as a soft face cloth / wash cloth. Crocheted with 100 % cotton yarn you can work the cloth as XL potholders or as a decorative dish cloth. With bulky yarn you can even crochet a doll blanket or a pillow case.

Crocheting with two colours is quite easy and is explained in detail in the pattern.

With a gauge (crocheted with both colours) of 23 stitches x 23 rows = approx. 10 x 10 cm, the finished cloth will be approx. 25,5 cm wide and 25,5 cm high, including the border.

Required skills:
single crochets, double crochets, treble crochets
