During lockdown, I found myself taking far more walks than ever before, finding particular joy on days where the sky was blue and there were a couple of clouds in the sky. I hope that you too can find joy (to make you feel like you’re on cloud 9) in these socks and in the small things - like little clouds on a sunny day - during this time. These socks feature a german short-row heel and a rounded toe, with easy stranded colourwork suitable for beginners. The pattern is written for Magic Loop but can be knit with DPNs.

SIZES:
S: 7” foot circumference
M: 8” foot circumference
L: 9” foot circumference

GAUGE:
US 1 / 2.25 mm = 36 stitches by 40 rounds = 10 cm / 4 inches
