Cloudberry is a precious and vitamin-packed fruit that grows in Laplands swamps at the end of the midnight sun season, colouring the landscape vibrantly orange. These socks are knit using Aran-weight wool blend yarn to keep your feet warm and cozy while berry picking. Wearing them in the Winter reminds you of the abundant berry season to come again the following summer.

Knit from the top down this pattern features mock cable ribbing, lovely cloudberry colourwork design and a thick, enforced heel patch to withstand wear. If you are just starting colourworking with your knits, don’t worry - this pattern is suitable for beginners too!

Sizing:
The ribbing and colourwork width fits an ankle circumference of 20cm up to 27cm. Varying the sizing beyond this is instructed in the pattern. The foot length is crafted to your unique measurements which is also instructed in the pattern.

Materials:
Yarn (Aran weight sock yarn) - here used Novita 7 Brothers.
Needles (double-pointed) 3,75 mm or according to your tension.
