Construction Notes
The cowl uses the Tubular Cast On (or your preferred cast on). Cowl is then worked in the round in 1x1 rib. The body of the cowl is worked in Wicker Stitch with increasing needle size to increase the circumference. Two options are detailed for bind off – I-Cord Bind Off or an Optional Alternative Quick Bind Off.
