For Love of Bees Series: Clover Leaf Lace Edging

This is the first pattern in a series that will bring attention to Bees. I encourage you to look for information about Bees and what you can do to help them in your own yard, windowsill, deck, or community. The series will feature a variety of items: patterns from the past reworked to check for errors and using modern material and terms; toys; a little girls skirt; edgings and laces both knit and crocheted. The first pattern is for a crocheted edging:
Clover Leaf Lace
You can make this edging any length you like, using any yarn or thread, depending on what you want to use it for--just use the appropriately sized hook. For my sample I used size 10 cotton thread and a 1mm hook.
