This scarf is designed to use two of the basic stitches in crochet: single crochet and double crochet.

With simple front-post stitches and clusters (variations of double crochet) and single-crochet filler, this scarf is easy to make while providing an impressive look.

The simple cables zig zag along the middle of the scarf to form the diamond pattern while groups of clusters create an interesting texture akin to the clubs found on playing cards.
