The motif and the colour of this cowl made me think of the tranquil susurration and murmur of a trickling brook; the cables look like gentle ripples in a stream. I called this cowl Clummen which means “to murmur” in Old English.

Yarn
Red Heart Soft 234 m / 140 g (256 yds / 5 oz), 2 balls. Colour 9518 Teal. Any currently available Worsted (#5) yarn with similar yardage may be substituted.

Needles - US 8 (5 mm) circular, 56cm /22” long, or size needed to obtain gauge
