This curtain design uses lacy and airy stitch pattern that gives a very vintage look.

Although repetitive, the stitch creates a beautiful clusters of scallop that are like butterflies at a distance.

The pattern calls for mercerized cotton crochet thread #10 and uses 2,130 to 2,200 yards, therefore it is best to get the super jumbo cone to avoid the hassle in connecting threads.

Using the right hook and size of thread, the pattern gauges to 2 clusters of scallops in 4 inches and 8 rows.

The instructions given in the pattern makes a curtain of 93 inches depth with a width of 33 inches. When washed and ironed, it measures approximately 98 x 40 inches.
