Yay! My first scarf! My hook has been up to lots of things this year and several things I have never done :wink:

This is an odd spin off of the Over and Around Laphan. While making the lapghan there was one stitch that spoke to me about being good for a scarf. I had to put it off until the lapghan was finished but I agreed and Cobblestone Path is the result.

This has a 4 row repeat and is very easy to memorize for watching TV, travel, waiting rooms, etc. You could also do an afghan with the pattern. As with the Over and Around, the multiples are included to create whatever you want.

My scarf is 9.5” and 34” and one skein of Puzzle yarn. I know that’s kinda short, but I live in the south where there is little need of scarves. If made with Puzzle or bulky yarn, this is suitable for northern winters. It can be made in any yarn, though.
