Since my very first pattern two years ago, I have always donated 25% to animal rescue !

Nearly 50 patterns later, I realized….hey, why don’t any of these shawls or cowls have paw prints?!

CoCo Rosie is a shawl that features paw prints, of course, as well as other fun design features that create the perfect balance of fun and interest.

I was officially on the lookout for inspiration when I came across the gorgeous colorways on Nanette Wake’s Instagram, along with photos of her sweet little pups, Coco and Rosie, who have tan fur, little red bows and pink noses…that officially sealed the deal, and the CoCo Rosie Rescue Shawl was born!

Pattern is written, final size is 18” wide by 83” long tip-to-tip!

The shawl uses 4 different colors in DK weight yarn! Two solids, and two multi/tonal/speckles that contain the solid colors in them to tie it all together! However, feel free to have fun and mix totally contrasting solids or tonals!

Nanette will be joining me in donating to animal rescue, with a portion of all shawl kit proceeds will be going to PAWS (Progressive Animal Welfare Society, https://www.paws.org/).
