Every time I throw away a used coffee capsule I feel there is something better I could be doing with it. I just found it.

The kids are made using an empty coffee capsule (the size that fits the Nespresso machines) as their body. The sit on a shelf, computer screen, edge of a pot plant, anywhere where they can add a smile to your face when you see them. they are very easy and quick to make and only use small amounts of yarn so they are a perfect use of all the left over yarn I know you have stashed away.

They are knitted on 2 needles with 8 ply (DK) yarn so even a beginner can make them. They are about 8cm (3”) high.
