This pattern is available for free.

The back and front panels are to be made separately.
The stitches are picked up for the sleeves and are crocheted back and forth.
This design features a semi-cropped length, offering a chic silhouette. However, feel free to adjust the length to your preference.
I prefer knitted ribbing for the hem so this design incorporate knitting skills for the ribbings.

The design is suitable for DK weight yarns.

Note
During my chemotherapy journey, I found solace in crafting this crochet cardigan, a project I never imagined undertaking amidst battling breast cancer. Life often throws unexpected challenges our way, and it’s during these tough times that we discover our resilience.

Instead of idly passing the hours in bed during chemotherapy, I channeled my energy into creating something meaningful. However, adapting the design to accommodate my fluctuating condition proved challenging, pushing me to think outside the box.

In lieu of a traditional written pattern, I opted to create instructional video clips detailing the process of making the Coffee cardigan step by step. While these videos are in Korean, they’re thoughtfully subtitled in English to ensure accessibility to all.

I dedicate this design, offered freely, to those navigating their own battles and to the unwavering supporters and caregivers who offer strength and solace during times of sickness and struggle.
