The Coffee Date Mittens are worked in the round and bottom up. The cuff is worked in a half twisted ribbing on 2.5mm circular needles, followed by knitting the body with 3mm circular needles in stockinette. It features a double knitted section towards the fingers, giving it a full and squishy look.

I designed them to match my double brim hat. I wanted the mittens to feature the same sort of thick band similar to my hat, which took a lot of experimenting with how exactly I could achieve it. In the end, the double knitted section paired perfectly together with it!

This pattern is not test knitted by others, so if you have questions, please reach out!

I am wearing a size S and my hand circumference is 17.
