Universal Yarn Deluxe Worsted (100% wool; 100g/220 yds)
• 12509 Mulberry Heather – 1 hank
Needles: US Size 8 (5 mm) 16” circular, set of dpns or size needed to obtain gauge
US Size 5 (3.75 mm) 16” circular
Notions: Tapestry needle, stitch markers, cable needle, 2½” pom-pom maker

GAUGE
28 st Double Cable panel = 4” wide
10-st Single Cable panel = 2” wide

PATTERN NOTES
This hat is knit from the bottom up. When there are too few sts to fit on the circular needle during the crown shaping section, switch to double pointed needles. Long brim is intended to be worn folded up.
