Cold Sand
The second in my design series representing my love for Galveston, Cold Sand is a cowl worked sideways featuring lace short row wedges that wave gently like windblown sand on buried seaweed.

Charts as well as full written instructions are provided. Worked flat and seamed, the design is suitable for sport or dk weight yarns. Be sure to adjust your yarn requirements when making substitutions. Note that this design should not be stretched during blocking.

Materials used for sample (weighs 87g ~ smaller” size is pictured):
Malabrigo Arroyo
1 skein Sand Bank
If your skein is underweight, it may not be enough for the larger size.

Pattern is written in American terminology.
