The Colette beret is worked in the round starting from the brim. Next, you continue following an easy cable chart with increases
creating some volume. Lastly decreases are done forming the top of the beret, giving it its traditional elegant shape.

Measurements: brim circ. unstretched 31 cm / 12.25”, fits head circumference 53–58 cm / 20.75–22.75”.

Gauge: 26 st x 30 rnds = 10 x 10 cm / 4 x 4” in cable pattern using 3.5 mm (US 4) needles, after blocking.

Needles: 3 mm (US 2.5) and 3.5 mm (US 4) circular needles and 3.5 mm (US 4) DPNs for decreases.

Yarn: 100 g Sandnes Garn Double Sunday (100% merino – 108 m / 118 yds / 50 g), colour 3041 Lys Nougat.
