This is an easy color changing moss stitch crochet beanie! The best part of this is it’s done top-down in the round. This makes it easy to change the size depending on if you want to make an adult Small/medium or large/XL.

The gauge is a bit deceiving with moss stitch, so make sure to work with 8ply/DK yarn!

As this is a color changing beanie, make sure to have 2 different colors of yarn!

The moss stitch/linen stitch makes it look like you’re doing vertical stripes when you’re actually working horizontally!

You’ll need 2 50g balls of yarn, one of each color you want to work with.

Don’t like ribbing? Don’t use it! This hat doesn’t actually need the ribbing, but I like having extra warmth for my ears.
