This pattern uses a Shadow wrap heel.
You will need to know how to make a twin and triplet stitch.

It has 7 pattern repeats, recommended st distribution has been included if you plan on using DPNs.

Stitches used
CO - Cast On
k - Knit.
k2tog - Knit 2 stitches together.
p - Purl
ssk - Slip 2 stitches knitwise, then knit slipped stitches together.
st(s) - Stitch/stitches.
tw - Twin Stitch.
tr - Triplet Stitch.
yo - Wrap the working yarn over the right needle, from front to back (counter-clockwise).
