Richly textured, colorful stripes make you feel alive and happy. The pattern gives you both instructions for the beanie and the cowl.

Mix up the order of the colors or knit yours in the same color sequence as shown here. So fun! Both projects are knitted in the round and in one piece. The pattern is written.

Beanie: 20/21/22/23” in circumference with an option of an I-cord detail for the top of crown, leave an opening as shown or seam together for a closed crown.

Cowl: 22” in circumference, 8.5” in height. One size fits most, though can easily be made larger with more yarn being needed.

Yarn
Organic cotton in a DK weight in 7 color changes and portions of 24 yards each.
Knit kits for beanie or cowl, as well as the set of both are available at www.yarnz2go.com

Alternatively use about 24 yards per color for the hat (enough for all sizes) and 24 yards per color for the cowl.
If you knit both projects, you will need 48 yards in all 7 colors.
