Ease:
Please select the size which provides the ease you desire. For example, if I have a 36 inch chest but want my finished sweater to be loose so I can wear it over my regular clothes. I would choose the 40 inch size or L size.

Below is a handy reference for ease and fit:

Very close = chest + 0 inches ease
Close Fit = chest + 1 - 2 inches ease
Standard Fit = chest + 2 - 4 inches ease
Loose Fit = chest + 4 - 6 inches ease
Oversized = chest + 6 inches and up
