Included are:

2. Detailed tapestry grid with stitch numbers and row/column numbers.
3. Suggested colour combinations with detailed information and a visual guide.

UK terms but only uses double crochet, and half treble crochet, which are easy to convert.

I’ve included a gauge on Ravelry, however I work quite tightly, so this might not be useful to anyone!
