The yarn shop I work at, A Good Yarn Sarasota, always has gorgeous yarns in stock. I’m getting better at not bringing home every yarn I fall in love with. But when we host a Miss Babs Trunk Show, all of those efforts go right out the window. I loved the beautiful gradient kits and some of the more subtle colorways, including “Watercolors” that I use in this design. I had a basic sketch for this design, but it really spoke to me while I was knitting. I just listened to the yarn and let it decide what it was going to be.
