Have you ever felt like knitting is your comfort in the chaos of life some days? We definitely do, and are thankful for this wonderful craft that we can do together.

This semi-circular pinwheel shawl celebrates the diversity and fun of life with different stitch patterns and textures but adds a soft, comfy strand of mohair running through all the way through it.

This is an adventurous beginner pattern that will challenge you just enough to learn some new stitches (and bobbles) and will keep the more advanced knitter engaged with the ever changing sections. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Rose Hill yarns on this project and would highly recommend you check out another wonderful Canadian Indie Dyer!

Pattern notes:
If you do not like using mohair, you can definitely substitute it for another fingering weight yarn.
When choosing colors, your best result will be to have C1 as a variegated/speckled and C2 and C3 to be contrasting to each other and complimenting to C1. The shawl in the picture uses Rose Hill Yarns with C1 as the variegated, C2 as the dark solid and C3 as the light pink mohair.

Needles: size 3.75mm (US5) with a fairly long cord once the stitch count increases.

Yarn: Approx 400 yds of each of your 3 colors

We hope you enjoy this pattern and that you find some comfort and peace throughout. Happy Knitting!
