For the Comfy Poncho 2 identical pieces are knit flat in seed stitch pattern and are rectangular in shape. The 2 pieces are then joined together with a crochet zig zag method in two different places. Stitches picked up and knit in the round in garter stitch pattern for the neckband. A shell stitch border is crocheted at the bottom edge of the poncho.

This poncho can easily be customized to larger or smaller sizes by increasing or decreasing the number of stitches cast on and by increasing or decreasing its length (number of rows).
