These simple fingerless mitts are knit bottom up with a thumb gusset, created with symmetrical lifted increases. The simple rib stitch gives a stretchy, fitting garment. Long enough to go under the coat.

Skills: knit in round, cast on, bind off, knit, purl, basic increases (make one stitch)

Sizes: S-M (L) / Hand circumference: 17-19 (20-22) cm/ 6.7-7.4 (7.9-8.7)’’

Finished measurements: 26 cm/10’’ long laying flat. But it may vary due to yarn weight you choose

Yarn: Lana Gatto Camel Hair DK/8 ply (60% merino wool, 40% camel) in colour 5410, 50g/125m; or any DK yarn with same/similar yardage. It takes about 60 g to knit a pair in size S-M.

Needles: 2,5 mm (US 1.5) and 3 mm (US 2.5) circular needles at least 80 cm (32 inch) long for magic loop method; or same size double pointed needles (DPN)
