This cloth is named after Common Ground Community Cafe, where I have started attending a knit night. It is tons of fun so I thought I would name my first design after it.

It is a good cloth for beginners to practice knits and purls and switching between them, as well as counting your stitches and reading your knitting to see what your next stitch should be.

Gauge doesn’t matter and you can size up or down on your needles if you want.

This cloth used about 25g of a 50g ball of bernat handicrafter cotton, you could get 2 cloths out of one ball.
