Comodo - comfortable in Italian - Sweater was designed for ‘CARDIFF CASHMERE classic’ yarn. This sweater has an oversized design to show the suppleness of the fabric and enhance the beauty of cashmere. It is a simple sweater knit from the top down and features ribbing on the shoulders and sides. After the collar is worked in the round, the neckline is shaped with short rows, then the back and front are worked separately. They are joined at the underarms and the body is worked in the round to the hem with decreases on both sides, and finished with twisted rib hem. Stitches are then picked up around the armhole for the sleeve and the cap is shaped with short rows. The sleeve is then knit in the round and tapered toward the cuff and finished with twisted rib.
