These lacey toe-up socklets are just what we need when our spring mornings are too cool for bare toes but we can’t bear to wear our winter socks any longer. In designing, I wanted a well-fitting socklet with a bit of easy lace but not too many holes. These socks are toe-up with both charted and written lace instructions that give the appearance of cables. Newer knitters should find the pattern achievable and more experienced knitters may be able to memorize the eight row chart after a few iterations. For fit I have included gussets, a Shadow-wrap short row heel, and heel flap. Twisted rib completes the cuff. Links to tutorials for the cast-on, short-rows and bind-off are included.
