This shawlette was inspired by the changing leaves on trees, heralding the arrival of Autumn. The pattern is delicate providing the warmth for those cool Autumn days.

SHAPE: Bottom-up, triangular

NOTIONS: 21 Stitch markers (Optional), tapestry needle for weaving ends.

BEADS: 598 Glass Seed Beads size 6/0. (Optional)

PATTERN STYLE: The pattern contains written as well as chart instructions. There is a key and full abbreviation list included as well.

DIFFICULTY: Intermediate - The shawl has lace on both sides.

YARN: This pattern is better suited for a solid yarn to show off the detail of the lace.

REGARDING SIZING: This shawl is easily customizable by adding an extra repeat(s) to each side of the shawl, being sure to accomodate for extra yardage.

NOTES

  • If you are a loose knitter, do not swatch to get guage, or wish to knit this using a larger needle then recommended, please account for more yardage than recommended.
  • The copper sample’s border was not beaded, testers did bead the border. The beads on this shawl were not pre-strung. They were added one at a time by using a crochet hook, dental floos, or beading wire.
