An 8 ply version similar to the Copy.Cat C.C Beanie by Emily Ingrid.

It is a simple beanie that can be worn pulled down over the ears or pushed back a bit to be a little slouchy. Using DK / 8 ply yarn it is knitted in the round from the brim upwards using circular needles and magic-loop. Alternatively it could be knit with double-pointed needles.

The pattern provides details for a baby size, a child/small adult size and a medium/large adult size. You can knit anything in between—just cast on an even number of stitches and adjust the depth of the hat accordingly by knitting less repeats or do less purl rounds in each repeat
